Career Internship Experience
This course is designed to offer students the opportunity for an authentic learning experience in a professional setting. This course provides students with profession-based work experience that will help students clarify their career/college goals and develop their professional skills under the supervision and mentorship of an industry professional. Students will be placed in a semester long unpaid internship based on their career interests. Students will meet one day per week at CIC to develop professional skills and will be at their internship site location four days per week.
