CIC Digital Media students had the exciting opportunity to capture the energy and creativity of this year’s BSSD Sphero Challenge Competition. Throughout the event, students recorded dynamic video and photo content that highlighted the teamwork, problem‑solving, and fun happening across the challenge stations. Back at CIC, they compiled their footage, edited the shots, and crafted a vibrant video that truly showcases the spirit of the day. Career Innovation Center students recently participated in the Reverse Pitch Rally at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation on Tuesday, March 10. During the event, students collaborated with peers from across the Kansas City metro area to develop and pitch innovative business ideas and product concepts to local business and industry partners. The experience challenged students to think creatively, communicate clearly, and respond to real-world feedback from professionals. Events like this provide meaningful, hands-on learning that connects classroom skills to authentic industry expectations.
